Dard-E-Mahi by Ahsan Khan and Asif Ahmed

Ahsan khan is a fresh artist with a vision to make a name in the Pop music industry. When I happened to meet him last year he knew it very clearly what he wanted and was out in the world of musicians to figure out how he wanted to get there. It wasn't long ago when he came across a very talented songwriter Asif Ahmed who helped him getting a step further in the way. From then on there was no turning back and finally Ahsan Khan arrives in the market with his debut song "Dard-e-Mahi".

Dana pa dana - Coke studio season 4

Coke studio, being the most popular show in Pakistan, I would like to give my thoughts on their new very well-received Dana pa dana featuring Akhtar Chanal and Komal Rizvi.
I personally wanted to see more of Akhtar Chanal however the whole thing seemed like a promotion for Komal. Being a student of music and particularly learning classical music, I just felt that for devotional songs like Laal meri they should've chosen a vocalist who is quite well-trained classically. Komal just wasn't a fit nominee for the song. Nevertheless, I loved the arrangement and the whole re-do of the song with that special feel that coke studio is known for.

Overcoming Fears....

We all have certain fears that stop us from stretching and growing beyond our limitations. It's usually the story that we tell ourselves when we're confronted with a difficult situation. Now what is the story that you tell yourself? If you can change the story you bet you can change your perception about the situation and make a transformation from being fearful to confident. And if you can change your body movement along with your psychology that will definitely take you to another level.

Emotional Flood

Today I would like to talk about a process called Emotional Flood. Emotional flood is an amazing process to flood yourself with all the great emotions you would like to feel on an ongoing basis. Why is an Emotional Flood a great way to start your day? Because it helps you access those feeling that are ALREADY inside of you!!!!!!! Most of the time we're waiting for something to happen in our Lives that would make us feel happy or any other great emotion. However we're not aware that these feelings are inside of us and can be accessed on a daily basis. And trust me, it's easier to build on success and it's hard to build on failure and as you'll go through the process you will begin to feel that you're already a SUCCCESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!

1. The first thing you need to do is STAND TALL, put a BIG SMILE on your
face and close your eyes

2. Think about all the things that made you proud in the past. It could be anything accomplishment in the past that has made you proud.

3. Now think about all the things that made you laugh. Any movie you watched that really cracked you up.

4. Then think about when you felt really grateful about something.

5. Think about a time when you felt close to God.

6. Think about a time when you felt romantic with your partner.

Once you've visualized all these situation you can repeat the same process again and again only quicker..... This process will not only help you feel those emotions that are inside of you but you'll begin to love your life and treat others better...SO Have a good time flooding yourself emotionally and live your life passionately!!!!
