Negative Feedback is priceless information

At times in our lives we're faced with criticism for our work. However negative feedback provides the most priceless information. When we're told whats not good enough is information that can be used to turn things around. Thomas Edison took 2000 failed attempts before he was able to invent bulb. He accepted bulb invention as a 2000-step process. Even our negative emotions provide  feedback that tells us whats not right in the situation and something needs to be changed. Also our body gives us hints about what can be changed for better....are we listening to all these messages our emotions and body trying to tell us?? It's priceless information.

"Realize that the emotions you are feeling at this very moment are a gift, a guideline, a support system, a call to action. — Anthony Robbins, Awaken the Giant Within

Dard-E-Mahi by Ahsan Khan and Asif Ahmed

Ahsan khan is a fresh artist with a vision to make a name in the Pop music industry. When I happened to meet him last year he knew it very clearly what he wanted and was out in the world of musicians to figure out how he wanted to get there. It wasn't long ago when he came across a very talented songwriter Asif Ahmed who helped him getting a step further in the way. From then on there was no turning back and finally Ahsan Khan arrives in the market with his debut song "Dard-e-Mahi".

Dana pa dana - Coke studio season 4

Coke studio, being the most popular show in Pakistan, I would like to give my thoughts on their new very well-received Dana pa dana featuring Akhtar Chanal and Komal Rizvi.
I personally wanted to see more of Akhtar Chanal however the whole thing seemed like a promotion for Komal. Being a student of music and particularly learning classical music, I just felt that for devotional songs like Laal meri they should've chosen a vocalist who is quite well-trained classically. Komal just wasn't a fit nominee for the song. Nevertheless, I loved the arrangement and the whole re-do of the song with that special feel that coke studio is known for.

Overcoming Fears....

We all have certain fears that stop us from stretching and growing beyond our limitations. It's usually the story that we tell ourselves when we're confronted with a difficult situation. Now what is the story that you tell yourself? If you can change the story you bet you can change your perception about the situation and make a transformation from being fearful to confident. And if you can change your body movement along with your psychology that will definitely take you to another level.
